The house is situated below the Church of Our Virgin Lady, the largest Catholic church in the region, which hosts a variety of cultural events every summer, including poetry evenings, classical music concerts, theatrical performances, and more.
The Church of Our Lady in Prčanj was designed by the renowned Venetian architect Bernardino Macaruzzi in 1789. Construction of the church began that same year and was completed in 1913. The church was built through donations from many families in Prčanj, as well as financial support from the Austro-Hungarian government. Designed in the Venetian Baroque style, it was, at the time of its construction, the largest church in the southern Adriatic region.

The house was fully renovated in February 2020 and blends the timeless charm of traditional architecture with the comfort of modern living. Its simple elegance, warm atmosphere, authentic details, artistic paintings, and antiquities create the perfect setting for a relaxing coastal getaway.

The house offers a total of 90 square metres of living space spread across three floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen along with a cosy living and dining area and a bathroom. The first floor contains two comfortable bedrooms and a second bathroom, while the top floor is a bright and airy attic bedroom accessed by stairs, ideal for a restful night’s sleep. All the windows are fitted with mosquito nets to ensure comfort, while the bedrooms also feature traditional wooden shutters, double curtains, and blackout options to provide privacy and high-quality sleep.

LOCATION
The peaceful village of Prčanj, known as a health resort with exceptional air quality, abounds in Mediterranean vegetation and is an ideal place for family holidays, hiking, and sports training. It is located 5 km from the medieval town of Kotor, which is under double UNESCO protection. Kotor is a city of exceptional harmony, with narrow streets and beautiful squares, and throughout the summer it is visited by tourists from all over the world who are drawn to the many cultural events held in the city. Kotor is also famous for its gastronomy, with culinary specialities that are unique due to influences from both East and West.
A bus stops right next to the house and provides easy access to both Kotor and Tivat. Small boats depart from the pier in front of the house and can take you to Kotor, Tivat, Perast and Herceg Novi. Popular sightseeing boats also offer excursions to Blue Horizons Beach and the famous Blue Cave.
